This show started as an adjunct to Plan Expo, the construction industry showcase, but the format proved so successful that it evolved into a thriving show in its own right. Now the Construction Plant Show will develop the event even further. Organised by leading Irish exhibition organiser Expo Exhibitions the Construction Plant Show is run in association with the Irish Contractors Plant Association (ICPA).

The ICPA, the dedicated representative body for the industry within the industry, was instrumental in establishing the Construction Plant Show and works closely with Expo Exhibitions to ensure that this event meets the specific needs of the industry.

Ireland's plant, tools and equipment industry is growing quickly as more and more companies appreciate the financial benefits of leasing and hiring the plant and equipment they need, rather than purchasing it outright. The hire sector is growing and the private and public sectors' requirements are increasing all the time.
